This award recognizes an individual whose leadership has served to strengthen and support Latino workers and the Latino community. The recipient must have done work for the betterment of the Latino community within the U.S. labor movement and made contributions to promote diversity and inclusion of Latino workers at all levels of the American labor movement.
2022 Recipients: Kim Cordova & Dora Cervantes, Secretary-Treasurer of IAM
This award is presented to a labor leader who has made a lifetime commitment to Latino worker rights, to an individual or organization that has made a significant contribution in promoting the interest of Latino workers. The recipient must have a proven leadership role in the betterment of Latinos in the American labor movement.

This award is presented to a national, state or local organization which has promoted the alliance between the UFCW and Latino community organizations by working in collaboration with the UFCW to protect and expand the rights of Latino workers in the U.S. The recipient must have done work to promote labor and Latino community partnerships for the betterment of the Latino community.
